We can make custom work. Have something in mind? Please ask. We can work with you on a special and unique piece. Contact Jaclyn at hillsidefinecraft@gmail.com to start designing your piece with the Craftsperson.  

50% down payment for custom orders is required. (35% of this payment is non-refundable if you cancel your order).

Custom work is non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Custom work requires design time so will reflect on price of custom work compared to regularly produced styles   

• Repairs on Hillside Fine Craft jewellery

Each piece of jewellery created by Hillside Fine Craft is made with quality materials and close attention to detail. If a portion of the jewellery gets damaged due to a maker’s defect, within 1 year of purchase, we can replace or repair your item at no change (this does not include chains). If your item gets damaged due to wear and tear, we can fix your item but there will be a fee. Fees will be determined based on the project.

• General jewellery repairs

We do not do repairs on other jewellery at the moment.
